tTonics can be applied to world map terrain

By using the ‘Apply to’ option from the inventory, tonics can be applied to world map tiles.
For most tonics, the terrain is unwilling to be injected.
However, you can successfully inject terrain with Eater’s Nectar injectors. The effects of this are unclear.
