<samv123> In the Abilities menu for this character I can't move Release Sleep Gas up from the bottom position with keyboard controls. I also can't move any of the other abilities down to the bottom slot but I can move the others up and down into other slots. I created another character with different abilities and did not have this problem so maybe it's limited to Sleep Gas or only a subset of abilities. Or if L is the bottom of the list.

I have attached a txt file with the build code for the character this is happening to.

I know the problem and have a fix planned just listing the bug for myself to fix
