<samv123> I see that Issue #9091 created for this was marked invalid because of being unable to replicate but I just wanted to mention that I had a similar bug. I prayed at a shrine and got the popup box and message in the log twice. The attached screenshot is for praying just once.

I tried praying a second time at the same shrine and again got the double message box and message log entry. Attached is a save with the player standing next to the shrine where this happened. (Reposting this to combine everything in a single message.)

Here are the actions I take before this happens: I stand next to the shrine, hit the space bar, pick a direction, shrine interaction menu popup with the look option highlighted appears, and I hit y key to pray.
