<Ashe-No-Longer, Legendary Seeker> When using ChanceIn10000 with the Uplift part, Qud.API.EncountersAPI.IsLegendaryEligible will not take the chance into consideration and considers all creatures marked as such ineligible. As I am trying to give many creatures a small chance of being legendary, this bricks the game on generation because no creatures are eligible for village populations and so forth. Preferably, having ChanceIn10000 would make it look over the fact that it has the Uplift part for this check.
