will not take the chance into consideration and considers all creatures marked as such ineligible. As I am trying to give many creatures a small chance of being legendary, this bricks the game on generation because no creatures are eligible for village populations and so forth. Preferably, havingChanceIn10000
would make it look over the fact that it has theUplift
part for this check.
