Campfire duplicate check skipped if placed through area border

When at the edge of a zone, if you attempt to place a campfire, you can place it on the other side of the border. This does not consider any other campfires in that zone, not only allowing you to place multiple campfires, but also place an unlimited amount of campfires on the same tile. This allows for unintended levels of heat from one tile.
