[patron bugs] location-based journal entries aren't clearing between characters

nearly every entry in the attached save’s journal is from another character. they’re currently standing in a ruin named Ebony Heartagon Shurqappa, but their journal also claims this is the location of Ekaazolil, my previous character’s starting village. even the miscellaneous notes i made on my previous character have carried over
