<Implanted MAFT> feature request: a method or event that's checked in the Activate() function of CyberneticsScreenInstall.cs and allows cybernetics to self-determine whether or not they can be installed, preferably with the option to supply a custom in-universe error message (like "INSUFFICENT LICENSE POINTS TO INSTALL" or "CONDITION INADEQUATE FOR INSTALLATION"). Currently, there's no clean way to give cybernetics prerequisites outside of "not broken/rusted/EMPed/temporary"
