[patron bugs] rapid advancements to physical mutations are gone

i’ve hit level 15 so far which means i should have gotten 2 rapid advancements. i have gotten none

i noticed followers are still getting them and assigning them to random physical mutations, just for whatever reason not me

after saving/loading the game, the game player body is null

this is causing IsPlayer tests to always return false (edited) 

(and thus a lot of the side effects like Eva noticed, like rapid mutation not working [it's working but it's acting like NPC rapid mutation]) (edited)
