<everyzig314> Bug: When I have horns mainhand and a 2h offhand, the reported "offhand attack chance" varies. When I load a saved game with horns as mainhand, the chance reads as 15%, but if I swap weapons to the 2h and then back to horns the chance changes to reading as 20%. As far as I can tell this does not noticeably change actual chance of offhand attack.
