<Sol, sky orb> unze2unze4 is looking to mod in some equipment that places a cap on av/dv. i think the best way to approach this would be some type of event, but fetching of av/dv/stats doesn't seem to use any event. it could be something like GetStatEvent where the underlying stat name and value are provided as fields
