UI is accepting input but game is not

This probably isn’t germane to what happened, but I killed a micro turret, stepped onto its corpse, and was then no longer able to give the game any input. The UI elements are accepting mouse input, but any game related buttons do nothing and no keyboard input is accepted in any way. If I click show/hide minimap the UI responds, but if I click character sheet it does not, for instance. Save attached but because I can’t save this is probably a few zones old. The hang issues occurred maybe three zones down in this historical site, and there has only been one microturret.
