[beta] Player-controlled Soupy Sludges don't gain extra limbs or pseudopods from catalyzing with liquids.
NPC sludges act as normal.
If you’re controlling a sludge and gain a liquid, then somehow swap bodies and give your former body a new liquid, it will gain a pseudopod pertaining to the new liquid, but will not gain any pseudopods pertaining to any liquids you gained while in control.
The log also mentions picking up the appropriate pseudopod, but doesn’t equip it, and it doesn’t show up in your inventory. I should also mention that trying to spawn any pseudopods creates nothing.

reporter Upon further play, I believe there’s something wrong with pseudopods specifically. I was able to dismember my hand-equivalent, and the pseudopod was deleted permanently. I believe that pseudopods can exist when equipped, but when the game tries to put one on the ground or whatnot as an item, it fails to create them. If it fails to create them, then it can’t equip them, and the code to trigger the generation of extra limbs to hold the pseudopod never happens. I have the horns mutation, and when I dismember the head that contains the horn, it regrows and reappears normally.
