My golem was made with a Rhinox atzmus, giving it Triple Horn and access to Wrecking Charge. It would use this frequently, and that's normal, but it pushed one of the encounters (||the Mech-commander||) off the map, and this seemed to irrevocably despawn it. I checked every adjacent screen, but couldn't find it.
