<Implanted MAFT> Stepping into a large pool of pure warm static instantly kills the player, using the default death message ("You die! (good job)"). This can easily be replicated in-game by wishing for warm static pool and stepping into it, but a more 'vanilla' method is to pour a full waterskin of the stuff into a preexisting liquid pool -- the original pool gets glitched away and the static remains pure on the ground, rather than becoming brackish/salty. Stepping into it has the same effect as the wish version.

Before obliteration, you get about a dozen of the error messages below, with different creatures showing up each time. It also occasionally just crashes the game outright.
