Rodanis Y's dead AI
Rodanis Y is the single most buggy thing I’ve seen in da game. I’ve played through A Call to Arms! numerous times and I’ve never seen it hit an enemy once.
Now I understand that Rodanis is broadcast power-powered, but it deactivates so very often even when the broadcast power station is perfectly fine, and in fact always powers down even before the actual attack. Equipping an optical technosensor shows that all of its systems are operational except for artificial intelligence which goes unpowered (what an idiot).
Either I really don’t understand Grit Gate’s main unit of defence, or Rodanis Y indeed is pretty dumb.
Also if you try to manually deactivate it, the message “turns down with a whir” still pops up but nothing happens anyway. Maybe it should not have a deactivation button because it already is controlled by the mainframe?

reporter After some heavy labbing in wanderer mode, I finally got em to smack some fools and he was STRONG. Of course, he went back to stasis right after.
So this got me thinkin: is he actually supposed to be hard to maintain? Because from the looks of it, he was about to snap Templar General Bro in two if he didn’t sleep in their face constantly. If he actually is supposed to be like that, then I shall rend this issue, given that I also noticed with the Optical Technoscanner that the numbers in the broadcast power-station were fluctuating constantly.
