Metamorphosis causes out-of-bounds glitch and drops all items

Using metamorphosis on any creature causes a bug where the player is teleported to a random location, while all items are left behind/deleted. Included is a save file on which the bug occurred, played on the weekly 31 run. Version is 2.0.200.80

I am also having this issue in current beta, and it is preventing me from using that mutation entirely on any character.
