Steps to replicate:
1. Create new Artifex True Kin
2. Wish "smartass" for all tinkering recipes
3. Wish in an axe (used hand axe and bronze battle axe in testing)
4. Attempt to mod the item, sharp is not listed for modding the axe

When I repeat the steps in build 206.10 I can no longer replicate the issue, so appears to only be for latest beta branch release.
