<MAFT's disembodied implants> Feature request: An event that triggers when a creature receives a new cybernetic implant. Note that this new implant isn't necessarily the object doing the listening. My use-case: a piece of custom equipment that triggers an effect whenever the wearer gains a new implant.

It's entirely possible there's a way to do this currently, but I can't for the life of me find it.

    Next update adds ImplantAddedEvent and ImplantRemovedEvent, fired on implantee with minevent cascading to equipment.
