[beta] Example savefile that can suffer from extreme slowdowns (from gases?)

Steps to reproduce:

• Load this savegame and turn on reveal screen
• Repeat between autowalking left and right until slowdowns appear

If all the enemies clean themselves up it might be necessary to abandon and re-unzip the save, but I experienced some extreme slowdowns from this save position on a Ryzen 5 3600, with not a lot of action going on on screen.

Save version is 200.34
