Inventory & trading overlay breaks with use

When gaining or losing (e.g. via selling) items, the inventory & trading overlay UI breaks in odd ways. Items will go missing, categories will effect random items (e.g. closing the weapon category will unhide waterskins) and items will disappear entirely from the lists.

Does not effect the classic/normal UI
