Enable the direct ability use menu on the player (via [l]ooking)

It’d be cool if you could look at your player and access the direct ability use menu on yourself, for use with Temporal Fugue (or friendly clones in general). It could be limited to just characters with Temporal Fugue, though thematically it’d make sense if say, Aloe Fugues clones were on the same page as the cloned, since they’re friendly. #5808 would definitely need fixing if this is implemented, since evil twins, gelatinous antiprisms, etc. would become a lot less threatening for certain builds otherwise.
