Dynamic Turret Tinker in a waking dream places bugged turrets

Looks like manually placing turrets erroneously uses TurretType
as the blueprint instead of GetTurretWeaponBlueprintInstance
, which is what the PlaceTurretGoal
does.
(Also, this was a softlock as I couldn’t attack the walls I was surrounded by! Consider giving units a tackle 1d2
natural weapon on their body as a failsafe.)
