The XML dialogue is likely moddable at the moment without any major issues, but n-pointed asterisk effects presently draw from a hardcoded dictionary in XRL.World.Parts.PointedAsteriskBuilder, meaning that new ones can't easily be added without Harmony transpiling and the like
