"feature" images on homepage don't resize correctly

ocument Purpose: This document describes the functional business requirement, “Feature resource images don't resize to height”. This document will be used as the key input for the development and testing teams.

High-Level Business Requirements Images that display in the “featured Resource” should be resized to fit within the bounding box.

Current State Currently not all thumbnail bounding boxes seem to resize images in the same way. This means that some images that display in the “features Resource” section on the homepage have a white border along the bottom of the image. See example below:

Solution Approach Images should resize proportionally to fill both the width and the height of the thumbnail box. Changes
