Total checkout price is not inline with total label

After an item is added in the “Checkout” page. The total checkout price is not inline with the “Total” label in portrait mode. Also, the long combobox that holds the name the countries "squeeze page elements to the left, leaving large white space area on the right. Shortening the name of the longest countries in the combobox will solve this issue. Using abbreviation?(landscape mode works fine in Android, but not in iphone)
