Back end function to add multiple rates for one event

Background: System currently allows only a single price for an event.

High-Level Business Requirements Goal: Allow users to allow multiple offerings for the same event. For example: with or without additional product; single days vs. multiple days; members vs non-members, etc. allow for roster listing that indicates which level or options users have selected and paid for.

Current State Problems and Issues with Current State System currently allows only a single price for an event.

Action Items Confirm extent to which Event Module was used and what config options are available. Development to confirm current data model.

**For this item we will need to figure out how the system will deal with training rosters.
