Edit button when Shoehorn has course tiles.

Former user created an issue

Shoehorn 2.7.1.3 and Bootstrap elements 1.0. Course tiles code 'borrowed' and adapted from Elegance so might be an issue in BCU theme too. Other tiles are fine. Suspect panel collapsed issue as description not visible.

    I don't seem to be able to find a version of Shoehorn that has the version 2.7.1.3

    On Moodle.org it is 2.7.1.1 and the latest release on GitHub is also 2.7.1.1 or 2.8.0.2. So i'm going to put this on hold for now, as I can't replicate the issue in 2.7.1.1 which is the latest version I have access too.
