I have gotten this program to work and LOVE it. Sometimes though, i have a pdf with various bookmarks are they do not get updated after running the wizard. Are there any known reasons why it might work sometimes and not others?

Hey Kunji Wang, glad you like it. However, please note that the PDF Bookmark Wizard is deprecated and replaced by the PDF Zoom Wizard. The new tool is based on this one here, but contains many bugfixes.
