On a not entirely unrelated note to #149, the constitution should probably be public: open and available to all (and all that jazz). Happy to do it, just don't want to upset the politics machine - are we happy to do this?

I am resolving this because it is very old and we have a neat little link to the constitution in the Resources list in the members-only part. We do also link to the EUSA page from the https://www.bedlamtheatre.co.uk/about/eutc website if non-members want to find the constitution.
