Issue #167 invalid

When I try to upload the season banner for Bedfest 2016, I find the image, click open, update the season and the banner fails to upload.

This could possibly be a paperclip mime type issue - some browsers incorrectly say an upload is an octet-stream (IIRC) rather than an accepted image type.

I have a feeling paperclip allows the update to succeed, but logs a message saying it ignored the attachment.

Will have to have a look...

Or it might not be sending on at all:

Any HTTP/1.1 message containing an entity-body SHOULD include a Content-Type header field defining the media type of that body. If and only if the media type is not given by a Content-Type field, the recipient MAY attempt to guess the media type via inspection of its content and/or the name extension(s) of the URI used to identify the resource. If the media type remains unknown, the recipient SHOULD treat it as type "application/octet-stream".

Closing as invalid, since the banner for Bedfest 2016 seems to have been set correctly.

Original requester, please re-open with more details about the problem (i.e. what happens after clicking the update button) and we'll investigate again...
