Unable to decode torrent file!

Using deluge 1.3.13 on Windows 10 x64 YaRSS2 v1.4.3-python2.7

For the past month, my deluged.log has indicated failure to add torrents from my subscriptions (all of them are on bitmetv). The initial error was:

YaRSS2.torrent_handling:75: Unable to decode torrent file! (invalid bencoding) URL: <url>

Then when I upgraded to 1.4.3 the error became:

YaRSS2.torrent_handling:55: Unable to decode torrent file! (The operation completed successfully) URL: <url>

I have downloaded the torrent from the URL in the logs, and it works perfectly when I add it to deluge manually.
