"Match description" checkboxes are added for the include and exclude regex filters of a subscription, alongside the case-sensitive checkboxes. When loading in subscription data without this option present, the default of false is used.
Some tests now fail since extra data is extracted from the RSS feeds. I spent a couple of hours trying to fix them but gave up -- I don't know enough of the internals to deal with them. Obviously a new test or two would be a good idea if this submission is accepted.
Also in this branch (and also alone on my other branch refresh-on-checkbox) is a patch to refresh the matches in the subscription dialog when the case-sensitivity checkboxes are toggled.
