Improve Multiple HackDay Handling

Need to fix the time date handling of each HackDay, the system should be able to determine which current HackDay is active based on a set time and date.

    Basically everything is now driven by the next configured Hack Day. I cheat a bit by looking for a Hack Day starting anytime after the start of the current month, but I think that is alright. I will just need to adjust it a bit to keep working after the Hack Day has finished within the current month, but it is pretty close to being done.
