Create standard "as_p", "as_table" and "as_ul" layouts

This would help asserting that the form_layouts template tag library covers the functionality offered in standard by Django.

This would help template designers migrating from form.as_p to {% render_form %}.

This would help newcomers to discover and understand the form_layouts template tag library.
