Ocaml wrapper for the Yaobi collision detection library

The papl_yaobi package is part of the Papl path planning system.

This directory contains a C library in c_yaobi that must be build and installed before the papl_yaobi Ocaml package can be build. The c_yaobi library assumes that YAOBI_APP_USE_DOUBLE was defined when Yaobi was build.
