GASNet does not currently configure-detect or rely upon host compilers, so this target remains hidden and unsupported for now.
In particular, the make step may require explicitly providing working C/C++ compilers for the host, eg:
gmake -C other/amudp amudprun-host CC=clang CXX=clang++
Partially revert 87718a5, need to distribute Makefile.standalone and its dependencies for this to work.
