Configure option --disable-aligned-segments is now used by default. This means GASNet will not attempt to align GASNet-allocated segment base addresses at the same virtual address across nodes.
New option --enable-aligned-segments is added to request the deprecated aligned segments behavior. Note that aligned segments are incompatible with the PSHM feature, and is unlikely to work on heterogeneous clusters or OS's configured with address randomization security features.
