Cannot access http://portal.nersc.gov/

Hello I am trying to access the sample dataset at:

http://portal.nersc.gov/dna/RD/Metagenome_RD/MetaBAT/Files/BestPractices/V2/

I am getting an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error for this website. Is this server no longer active?

This is a temporary problem with NERSC which is undergoing major, planned maintenance until this Sunday 12/20.
