src/jgi_summarize_bam_contig_depths.cpp' not found

I was trying to install metabat on my OSX YOSMITE 10.10.5

In the final step, I go t this :

scons: *** [src/jgi_summarize_bam_contig_depths.o] Source src/jgi_summarize_bam_contig_depths.cpp' not found, needed by targetsrc/jgi_summarize_bam_contig_depths.o'. scons: building terminated because of errors.

I did notice there was no such file in the downloaded zip file. Where should I get that?

Seems like you have downloaded binary files and tried to compile it. You can skip compilation steps in that case. If you wanted to recompile it, please download source files and follow given installation instructions.
