error with Metabat

I've been using metabat for awhile, no issues until today. I'm using ensemble binning and got this error: cannot resize vector. It is a small assembly (from 1 million reads), assembled with idba_ud. The 2 million read assembly worked fine.

Hi Barbara, This sounds like you ran out of memory. Can you replicate the issue on a machine doing nothing else and then capture the entire log? Thanks, Rob
