Cannot find contigs in abundance file from assembly file

Hey, I generate the depth file using jgi_summarize_bam_contig_depths and it looks good. But when I fed it to metabat, it basically couldnot find any contig from the abundance file . I don't know why, as I can see, for instance, >NODE_13_length_5148_cov_7.170746 is in the abundance file and the fasta file. Is there something about format/code I need to adjust? Thanks

The operation system is Centos 6.3
