Metabat runs out of memory

I have been using metabat for a while and had no problems so far. I have a new dataset which consits of ~700 million reads in 51 samples. I assembled these using megahit. I would like to bin these using metabat. The start is OK sing p1 90%, p2 90%, p3 95%, minProb 80%, minBinned 40%, minCV 1.0, minContig 2500, minContigByCorr 1000, minCorr 92%, paired 0 [00:03:12] Finished reading 12683632 contigs. Number of target contigs >= 2500 are 155065, and [1000 and 2500) are 817669 [00:04:50] Finished TNF calculation.

But the next step of calculating the probability tree ( 0.1% XXXXX of 473105231011) runs out of memory at some point. By 1% about 50% of the memory is used up (out of 512G).

Would be happy on any advice on how to solve this.
