MetaBAT installation

Hi,

I've an issue running the first script, so I even cannot go further.

I'm in $HOME/folder1/metabat, All the metaBAT binaries are in there.

This folder has been added to the PATH since a echo $PATH gives /usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:$HOME/folder1/metabat:/opt/X11/bin:

For, ./runMetaBat.sh Assembly.fasta Assembly.bam

I get: ./runMetaBat.sh: line 13: 4178 Abort trap: 6 $MB --help 2> /dev/null Please ensure that the MetaBAT binaries are in your PATH: Could not find metabat2

What is wrong please?

Did you compile metabat? How did you install metabat? what was the CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX when you ran cmake? What version are you attempting to use? It does not sound like the install was done properly.
