Use a different color for UPC++ terms

From section Document Conventions:

\upcxx terms are set in the color {\textcolor{blue}{bright blue}} except when they appear in a synopsis framebox.

Unfortunately, this is the same color used for PDF hyperlinks and citations, so in the online version every UPCXX keyword looks like a hyperlink you can click, and vice versa.

We should change one or the other to a different dark color (ie to ensure both remain readable when printed in gray-scale).
