run-tests script runs view.cpp with the wrong backend

Dan Bonachea created an issue

The run-tests script in the 2018.9.0 release (and earlier) incorrectly builds the tests/view.cpp test with the SEQ backend, but it is a threaded test requiring the thread-safe backend.

As a result this test may generate spurious failures in run-tests.
