New multi-installer lacks a conduit dimension

As discussed in issue 11, we really want a "full" install of UPC++ and GASNet-EX on a given machine to support all available conduits.

As of a0d6e07, the install script builds and installs GASNets that support ALL conduits (the part that takes the most time), but only installs UPCXX for seq/par backends and ONE conduit.

We really want a way to add UPCXX installs for ALL available conduits into the full install. Most production platforms will have at least smp-conduit and a native conduit (which might be udp for laptops), some clusters may have as many as 4 or more supported conduits.

The list of available GASNet conduits can be retrieved post-configure from GASNETI_CONDUITS in gasnet_config.h.
