RFE: update example outputs in docs/ccs-rpc-debugging.md

In review of PR#481, @Dan Bonachea noted:

Something is concerning here. In your (Linux) examples later in this document, the tables output only show a segment number for linux-vdso.so.1, and literally every other segment shows segment hash.

and

I think it would be nice to eventually replace the example outputs with output we think is more representative of what the user of a production Linux supercomputer would see.

This issue is to record this documentation task.
