Suggestion: rename 'nobs exe' to 'nobs build' or 'nobs compile'

Currently for nobs, to build only, without running, the command is

nobs exe <file>

This is very confusing; a commonly accepted meaning of 'exe' is as an abbreviation for execute, not build/compile. I would suggest changing this to nobs build or nobs compile.

This issue was triaged at the 2018-06-13 Pagoda meeting.

We decided it not to pursue it further, because nobs is not a supported interface.
