Active recovery zone as 0 (run&swim)

Active recovery is defined as 5% of FTP which is about 17W (for bike) and too slow in m/s such that it is computed and displayed as 00:00 for swim and run.

Proposed solution: if we define it as 15% of FTP it would probably work fine (~50W in bike, ~16'/km in run, ~2'50/100m in swim).
