User config when connected for another user

When viewing/editing for another user (using uID/ in the URL), user-config should be taken for the user in the URL (for_id()) and not the current user (id()) to get consistent TSS coefficients, display, etc.

• fixed user config to user for_id() config instead of connected user config (resolve #133)
